No, this is not true. The "Cannibal Club" is a fictional hoax dating back to at least 2018, created by a fake news site. The VIP list image, celebrity claims, and restaurant "website" are fabricated—staff photos are stock images, and no such place exists in LA. Reuters, Snopes, and USA Today have all debunked it as satire gone viral in conspiracy circles.
