Why are these attacks done during late morning (day time) in Iran, unlike other times when attacks are conducted at night? Simple reason. The Iranian Army is going to step up and gain control of the nation in a quick coup. They need to mobilize, gain control of towns and cities and fight off the IRGC. That requires daylight and coordination with US and Israeli military.
