I’m not gonna dismiss it as fake. The painter isn’t very skilled, just kinda passable, leaning more toward “folk” or “outsider” art that celebrates flaw over classical realism. The figure seems mostly flat and lacking detail, proportions and perspective seem a bit “off.” All of that tracks with the other two examples.

I agree it amateurish, but the even tones between the face and body don’t match in the least.
