Peter was speaking to the Jewish leadership and those present in Jesus' day in Jerusalem, not to all Jews for all time. He also mentions that they used the hands of sinful men (the Romans) to get it accomplished.

OTOH, Though both of these are true, one could also make the case from Jesus' own words and Isaiah 52: 13 - 53 that, as He put it , no one could take His life, but he could lay it down of His own initiative!
John 10: 17 - 21

That's funny because it sure looks like Christianity and Islam were created by Jews to take control of the people.
Is that why they killed Jesus? Isn't that part of God's plan ? Can't have redemption without it
