Way ahead of the game by drinking water with good sea salt in it. My goal is 3 quarts of saline per day. Fighting some toxic overload right now.
I always put Real Salt in my water. I drink a ton of it. If you don't salt your water, you flush out minerals. You can make your own LMNT electrolytes for nothing. Potassium chloride, magnesium malate, and some salt.
