There are two kingdoms, one of light and one of darkness. The Accuser / Adversary does not sit around accusing those of his kingdom all day and night, though they do that which should be accused, nor does the King / Judge sit in judgment of those of His Kingdom, though they have done things worthy of judgment. As clear crimes exist, the Accuser, who is a liar, will always try to pin those crimes on the people of the other kingdom, to convince the undecided to join his.
For example, they do hate people on the basis of race, but will never attempt to confess, repent, and atone for that, but instead to accuse those who do not do so of hating people on the basis of race.
Some might ask, “but why would they do that?” If someone values power, but is weaker, do they not gain power and leverage by increasing their numbers? If another values righteousness and life, do greater numbers requiring condemnation not stay His hand? One values the self over the other, the other values the other over the self, but also righteousness over the other.
