Sounds like some of my High School Mates who ESCAPED THE DRAFT AND DID NOT ENLIST AT ALL...ONLY 2 of 15 males joined VOLUNTEERLY and the Rest stayed home and got their "degrees"... Went to Vietnam, Germany and other places and they still stayed home...I CALLED THEM COWARDS TO THEIR FACES...AND I DID NOT GET ANY PUSH-BACK!!!! I wonder why???????
