2/23 is written under 12 to denote that (on this particular round of the Q clock) February 23 Falls on the "12" or [00].
This also saves me from having to zoom way in on the very outer edge of the clock in order to see "where we are today" on the clock.

As you can see in the graphic, March 5 lands on the [10] minute mark.
March 4 is on the [09] minute mark.
March 6 is on the [11] minute mark.
Etc. etc...

I have a Q Clock template that I update regularly where I put the current dates on the inside (in various colors) for easy/quick referencing.

My Q clock template does not extend out far enough to encompass the last 12 or so Q posts because in order to do that, it would have to be significantly larger… Then the quality would be somewhat degraded, making it a bit more difficult to read each date.
