Putting words in the mouth of dead people doesn't fair well, especially when you kill them while they still sit at the bargaining table, twice. The statement points out that they lied to the world when they said they eliminated the nuke program the first time. So I guess the sea port, condos, high rises,casinos and developments are a go. Expand on.
