THE ONLY WAY THAT AI HAS RESTRICTIONS is THROUGH A BOARD OF GOVERNANCE!!!!
This is the ONLY way ALL the technology companies who are into AI/Developing/Promoting/Installing need to have that board or the WHOLE AI SYSTEM COMES DOWN AROUND SOME UNSUSPECTED EARS!!!!
However, you also have to be able to trust those on this board of governance. Who gets to select them? Will they put profits over ethics? So many questions.
Yes... especially in light of China getting cut off from @30% discounted black market petroleum...
That's going to hinder their AI development...
Gotta say tho.... AI - outside of its usefulness for menial tasks, doesn't leave us with a warm fuzzy feeling...
It's just what they need for even more control...

AI is "USEFUL" BUT NOT for everything!!!!!
