So I'm wondering if this is where those documents were deemed too explicit in content or referring to too graphic of information for the public consumption.

And the drumroll leads to full frazzledrip level of details coming out. Memos and interviews detailing the really bad stuff.

They technically complied by making it availble at first for a time, then pulled it.
