Welcome to General Chat - GAW Community Area
This General Chat area started off as a place for people to talk about things that are off topic, however it has quickly evolved into a community and has become an integral part of the GAW experience for many of us.
Based on its evolving needs and plenty of user feedback, we are trying to bring some order and institute some rules. Please make sure you read these rules and participate in the spirit of this community.
Rules for General Chat
-
Be respectful to each other. This is of utmost importance, and comments may be removed if deemed not respectful.
-
Avoid long drawn out arguments. This should be a place to relax, not to waste your time needlessly.
-
Personal anecdotes, puzzles, cute pics/clips - everything welcome
-
Please do not spam at the top level. If you have a lot to post each day, try and post them all together in one top level comment
-
Try keep things light. If you are bringing in deep stuff, try not to go overboard.
-
Things that are clearly on-topic for this board should be posted as a separate post and not here (except if you are new and still getting the feel of this place)
-
If you find people violating these rules, deport them rather than start a argument here.
-
Feel free to give feedback as these rules are expected to keep evolving
In short, imagine this thread to be a local community hall where we all gather and chat daily. Please be respectful to others in the same way
Rules For the rest of the Site also accessible on the sidebar.

Does anyone else feel like very few people are taking the Middle East situation as serious as it is?
The world is going to be different next week in some way.
if you dig in to the obscure history of civilizations, we don't end this age and make it into the next i.e. golden age without inconveniences.
One major reason Trump grabbed Venezuela before Iran is because now we have a dedicated oil supplier to help make us through the hardships ahead.
I've said this for two years, there's going to come a day during the storm when all of us briefly long for the days of peace and calm and normalcy.
Better to take it too seriously rather than not serious enough.
Buy some water and canned food. Even 40 bucks worth. Talk to your loved ones about where you guys meet if there's no phones etc. And don't forget to pray!
Do yourself a favor and buy a 50 pack of tea candles for 10 bucks at Walmart. Many hours of cheap light that's almost impossible to knock over.
WWG1WGA!
Done and done. Started prepping when Hildabeast started making noise about running for president. Thank God for Trump.
Also, solar lights work pretty well inside in a pinch.
Prepping like we’re going to be rocked by a hurricane!!! :)
Yes, I've noticed this - although, I only come here mostly since my Truth social acct. is messed up. I keep thinking (and maybe this is old way of distorted mindset) . . . doesn't the bible reference WWIII Armageddon as starting in the Middle East? So. Is IT kicked off now...? I've read how surrounding Gulf States are wanting action against Iran.
I agree 💯% that people are not taking it seriously and that includes anons.
We should be asking extremely critical questions such as why does the Secretary of War desire to force biblical prophecy on behalf of the kabbal?
There's always snakes in every pond and it would appear we have foxes in the hen house. The question is, were those foxes let in on purpose and if so, then why?
I agree with all this, but I dont think grabbing 'Zuela was about a dedicated oil supply. Zuela was the drug trafficking and underworld enforcement arm of the British Banksters (Cartels, criminal mobs etc). Taking control of that was important to ensure there is no civil war in the US + huge blow to the Banksters books (they cant balance their books without trafficking).
But more importantly, taking down Zuela has a common goal with Iran: Ensuring China does not have access to cheap sanction Oil. 25% of Chinese oil supply comes from these two countries and gives them a HUGE leg up in cutting prices in the international market.
Its not about getting a dedicated oil supplier, but ensuring China doesn't have a dedicated undercutting oil supplier.
I think the reverberations of this Iran takedown will be seen when Trump visits China end of this month. Polymarket is already saying this meeting will not take place, but I think now China will need this meeting more than ever.
But its gonna a one heck of a awkward meeting. Can you imagine Trump talking about how great America is and how we took down their allies while Xi has to put on his Winne-the-poo smile and hope no one points out that China failed to protect its 2 biggest allies.
