ALSO, IF the parents want that surgery for their "off spring" then it is to be performed in a foreign country that does it. NOT IN THE UNITED STATES!!!!

That will end all of the nonsense!!! Also, any "SURGEON" performing this operation would be discharged from EVER PRACTICING MEDICINE!!!

See how fast that would end this nonsense.
