Rouge is a red cosmetic. Not pointing any fingers at you, ZeKaiser, just trying to do my bit to put away a regrettably common misspelling that's all over the internet.
The word everybody thinks they're using is ROGUE.
Alternatively, it also can be spelled RAGU
Most of the command structure is gone. They defaulted to a ‘Mosaic’ command which is basically everyone in control of the weapons systems can chose targets at will. Hence the wide variety and variable quantity being lobbed seemingly at random.
How long until this Iranian foreign minister realizes that he's very public and on the wrong side of this fight? I'm surprised he hasn't been taken out yet.
