Many suspect, many believe, some know about vaccine shedding.
Here are 2 good reports with evidence that make a good case for anyone with an open mind.

Vigilant Fox is a lot easier to read and makes the points clear; A Midwestern Doctor has a lot more detail and is comprehensive, even exhaustive. Anyway, vaccine shedding has been a theory for a long time, and these articles establish it as widely-reported fact.
The vaccine is "leaky." It allows the chicken to be infected without showing symptoms, but it still spreads the disease, and the disease can become deadly to the unvaccinated without killing vaccinated hosts. Before the vaccine, too deadly a strain wouldn't spread that much because dead hosts don't shed.
What if they vaccinated none of the chickens?
IDK. Ask a chicken farmer. I imagine what happens is the virus finds a way onto the farm and all your chickens die.
