Trump settling Azerbaijan-Armenia "war", where Azerbaijan appeared to be a base of operations for CIA to infiltrate Russia AND Iran (suggested by Putin himself). Might that be related to Iran somehow? Bad actors removed? Was Raisi's handler based in Azerbaijan?
If 2025 raid was successful, why is 2026 operation necessary? What was left to do? Why the ~9 month delay between operations?
