"Regime change" in Iran happened in 2024. What you are watching is the removal of the remaining "private army" of the mullahs likely controlled (and funded) by MI-6 and Mossad. Israel is being forced to destroy their own assets.
Iranian gov't structure - Ayatollah at top backed by private Praetorian guard funded by Mossad/MI-6 with secondary support from CIA. Mullah network is under Ayatollah enforcing the theocracy with backing of IRGC. Next level down is the Civilian gov't held in check with veto power by Ayatollah. Below Civilian gov't is Regular army (units not commandeered by IRGC) that is commanded by C-I-C/President per Iranian Constitution which appears to be modelled on US. Iranian Republic got an intelligence agency Muslim Brotherhood overlay, and then converted to the Iranian Islamic Republic, usurping the Constitution.

He was a murderous thug that "earned" his position by brutally torturing and executing Iranian opposition leaders. Note that this occurred near Azerbaijan, a known operational hub for both CIA and Mossad. Date of election announced from "Ayatollah" appeared to have some comms embedded (Ayatollah controlled?).
- 05JUL2024 - Mossad/CIA/MI-6 candidate for President Jalili loses in runoff to current President, Masoud Pezeshkian (a former heart surgeon).
In the second round, Pezeshkian won with 16.38 million votes (54.8%) compared to Jalili’s 13.54 million (45.2%), with turnout rising to 49.7%.

- 01SEP2024 - NYT reports then walks back that Ayatollah Khomenei is seriously ill since 2022 and entering hospice care in 2024. He died in 2024, guys, and the position was likely vacant since then, preventing him from vetoing the Civilian gov't; note timing shortly after a new President not of his choosing was put in place. EMPHASIS: The Supreme Leader did NOT back winner Pezeshkian! How is that possible?

- JUN2025 12-day war - IRGC nuclear, research, and weapons stockpiles along with known underground facilities all targeted and destroyed. Regular Iranian military and Civilian gov't facilities untouched.
- OCT25-JAN26 - Mossad/MI-6 network inside Iran (operating since ~1989) taken down with most operatives reportedly executed. This is likely where the 32K "protestors" number comes from. They were probably not really "protestors", they were foreign agents attempting to run a color revolution on the current President with IRGC and mullahs complicit.
Trump has repeated "32,000" several times. He is likely rubbing it in their face that this many foreign agents got taken out. It was a 30 year Mossad/MI-6 infiltration operation that got compreshensively taken down in 3 months, including the use of StarLink terminals to track and identify many of the operatives.
- 28FEB2026 (START) - Despite "heavy bombing" and most of Iranian leadership killed, the current President of the Civilian gov't somehow is magically untouched. - 06MAR2026 - First public statement from current Iranian President indicating that the Civilian gov't (with support of Iranian army) is stopping the IRGC from targeting Gulf countries. EMPHASIS: Understand FACTIONS. This is one Iranian faction (CIC commanded army) stopping another Iranian faction (mullah commanded IRGC) from targeting Saudi, UAE, and Qatar (part of ME "security block" setup by Trump May 13-16, just prior to JUN2025 operation).
