There is also the Pocket Veto but congress has to be out of session

this is trump threatening Congress that he will start vetoing every bill until save America act is passed.
As expected, the Save America act is the line in the sand for democrats since it is what is intended to ruin their tradition of controlling elections through fraud for many decades. Bastards.
Fair elections means the death of the dem party.
Considering it's an R Congress, I don't expect them to have any bills to sign anyway.
