Right now, 7.910 (MHz) is dead air, at least in my part of the US, but that's get better later toward late afternoon/evening. I cannot transmit on that freq (upper limit for me is 7.300, legally), but definitely have the ability and tools to listen if it reaches me. I want to record this. Interesting they use upper sideband (USB) at 7.910, but that's just a 'standard' and any band (lsb, usb, or even am) can be used if you really desire that.
Very curious to see if it's really encrypted communications or just digital, or both? SSB is typically phone (voice), though.
