The Armenian mafia controls the San Fernando Valley. So that won’t be a surprise who controls that fraud. Back in the 1990s the Armenians were exposed for causing accidents on freeways to get massive insurance payouts. Growing up in LA it was just a known thing if you knew an Armenian 9.9 times out of 10 fraud was close by.
