All decisions by “Biden” must be nullified either way because of mental incompetence, illegal use of the autopen by others, or a fake President. Likewise if it is definitively proved that Obama was not legally able to be President, everyone involved in his office, pushing his nomination and “election”, and all decisions must be nullified and those arrested executed.
