He is right. 'Gun control' has Never stopped a single criminal from committing a crime BUT it and every liberal/communist that makes gun laws are still to 'blame' for these shootings because they disarm the Citizens that would Stop the criminal. Never let them ignore Chicago+ gun control= 762 murders every year.
