The Constitution does NOT give judges lifetime appointments. Every judge should submit their communications and finances for review for oversight AND have their decisions analyzed for adherence to the Constitution. All this should be submitted to the House and every two years the House votes to keep the judge or fire them. If they vote to fire, the Senate must confirm the firing. Simple majority vote from both.
