No. In order for a trial to happen the indictments have to be unsealed before, or when the defendant is publicly charged. Otherwise how will their lawyer be able to mount a defense and introduce evidence for the discovery phase? Our side has been on the defense as well, and this is a good time to bring this Q drop back. Remember this?
