I honestly don't think you should get banned for posting "lies" even. A conspiracy theory is very easy to call a lie if you don't have concrete proof, even if the evidence is very compelling.
My standards for the media are a bit different than individuals. I'm a little bit more okay with censoring propaganda that comes from allegedly credible sources, but of course the certifiers of what's credible can become compromised and all of a sudden, the enforcers of that turn into the propaganda agents.

On the one hand, I don’t think the media should be allowed to tell lies,
But on the other hand, I don’t think the government should be given the authority to tell the media what is or is not lies
So maybe a happy compromise could be that the media is forced to have a disclosure like a cigarette pack
warning: this media might cause brainwashing, false impressions, fear, uncertainty, and doubt
