Trump tried to stop that during his first term but the enforcement was very inconsistent. Customs and Immigration was supposed to stop pregnant women from entering under these tourist visas. Now that the topic has come back on to the radar, he might actually be able to crack down more on this abuse. These are CCP long term plants.
