There appear to be 2 separate mechanisms: 1. For former military engaged in treason, and 2. For civilians engaged in treason.

PREMISE2: "Cancer" is being used as cover for something else. EXHIBIT1: Former active duty military NONAME's "brain cancer".

This appears to be the case since the very first public official "tribunal and execution" I have found that fits the pattern (1959): CIC Eisenhower apparently signed death warrant for John Dulles (treason) who died 24MAY1959, publicly from "colon cancer" (forced to resign 22APR1959). 4 others besides NONAME fit the pattern (so far).

Ben Sasse is dying in plain sight. Two days before Christmas [2025] he tweeted that he’d been diagnosed with metastatic Stage 4 pancreatic cancer and “am gonna die.”

In his Dec. 23 tweet, Mr. Sasse wrote of the “death sentence” he’d received.
