Simple response is no oil from the middle east for you!

Cut them off and send France and co to beg for Russian oil and gas.

If we decide to cut off oil from all of them I don't think they would go to Russia. I think Trump would beat them to the punch, exit NATO, ally with Russia, and really turn the screws on Europe.
