Asking for a friend. Best domestic and/or other sources for a premixed version of ivermectin and fenben, if such a thing exists. Thanks.

I've used several brands depending on what was available. I have gotten ads for wellness lab and they supposedly have both fenben and ivermectin. I haven't purchased from them because they ivermectin has lactose in it which bothers my stomach.
