Oh we need it to pass, but that’s just a start. It’s been said already that, if passed, still doesn’t secure elections for good. It’s maybe, step one of ten. And already this hard to get going. Just shows how bad our elections truly are. Ain’t hardly a decent “duly elected” official in sight. Could probably count on one hand, and two fingers.
