Q alluded to this being the case a number of times. Specifically that NK was a controlled state that would generally be used as a threat to the rest of the world. Not too long after bringing up NK the mountain that their nuclear complex was in spontaneously collapsed for some unknown reason. A few days later Hawaiians got an “this is not a test” emergency alert to take cover from an oncoming missile. Many here thought that the US struck them and they launched a retaliatory strike that was shot down.

There was also mention of a rogue nuclear sub controlled by the cabal. Speculation that it launched the missile at Air Force 1 as it passed over Seattle.
