Cleese is in his mid 80s and had his prime about 50 years ago. He has long lost his significance.

Yeah kinda sad. I still enjoy watching some clips but the guy himself has proven to be nothing.

IMO, Fawlty Towers was the funniest TV series written in the English language. But it was Cleese’s character flaws that limited it to only 12 episodes.
