SO... Where are the advertisements and programs by the government or the trucking companies to hire English Speaking American Citizen drivers then?

There should be billboard all across the country showing this job opportunity!

A lot of merchandise and food will not be delivered in a timely manner if new drivers are not hired ASAP!
