It's far too late to charge her criminally. Statute of limitations has expired. She's been here over 25 yrs, we had 10 yrs to charge her.
That said, the USGOV can file a civil suit and denaturalize her that way, but she is not going to jail, she's simply at most going to be stripped of citizenship and deported back to Somalia, where she will be greeted with open arms for all that she's done for Somalia
I'm not sure of the statute of limitations on this but I've heard that she can still be stripped of citizenship. Either way, I wouldn't do that.
If she's not denaturalized, she's still a U.S. citizen. If she is found guilty of fraud, that alone would put her away. What about treason? That too would put her away. Heaven knows what else made her a millionaire several times over.
