It's no secret that we can't seem to get a darn thing done, even with a majority in both chambers.
Could it be that Trump wants them to slow roll things for some reason? Are they really just this poor at their jobs? Or is it something else entirely?

You only have to have the goods on 435 congressman and 100 senators in order to control 4,5 trillion dollars of spending annually. That, bar none , is the single best deal going in the entire solar system
