I’m old enough to remember when Americans were having the discussion about assisted dying when Obamacare was passed. Did we actually get rid of that BS or did it just go undercover? Asking for a fren who is constantly battling doctors that seem dumber than a box of rocks when it comes to side effects of medications and interactions with various organs of the body.

Anyway, this solution should never be for the young...sick old geezers, riddled with disease and profound depression arising from death of their loved ones and a life of strife, yearning to move on to the next phase, are another matter...it just shouldn't be a profit center or a way out of learning how to live life
Incidence of suicide increases in direct proportion to advancing age anyway...any method of the lonely, ancient and decrepit exiting with dignity instead of a pistol in their mouth is worthy of at least tolerance IMHO
