I do not think we need a special ID just for voting. Valid ID (which nearly all citizens already have) should be sufficient. We need to stop certain State governments from giving valid ID's to non citizens. Further, non-citizens should have a special ID, identifying them as such non-citizens, if they ever should need one while they are within the USA.
