Russia had been supporting Cuba, Venezuela,Iran, and had been buildings BRICS trading system apart from SWIFT.

dealing with the EU while the USA is a part of NATO might be ok rather than leaving. Dealing with EU is before Israel in Q timeline strategy.

The EU and Britain can have reverse migration and protection of women and children again. Just like parts of the USA can be revitalized..
