Wah, wah, each. Cry me a river, sucka. More like the uni-Party would flip their colored wigs and cry foul. This must already be in the works and close to being a done deal for [them] to suddenly pivot talking points, especially in the middle of two "wars" (extremely regionally limited conflicts, really).
NATO, like just about every other WWII era policy, was never meant to be a permanent thing. It did its job and ran its course. There is no Soviet Union, so NATO should've disbanded 35 yrs ago.
