This method of real estate fraud in Calif is a large part of what Katie Hobbs in AZ takes part in via the crap the Sinaloa Cartel did to maintain control over Maricopa County. Now that that cartel is supposedly defunct, maybe the charges against her will finally matter. She is a very corrupt person who has let evil take over a massive economy.
