And to think at the start of any testimony, I swear to tell the truth, so help me GOD. When will that be eliminated from the courts?
Theyβve already accepted the fact that many people are lying. Perjury doesnβt seem to matter. We must spend more money on prisons. Each prison must be fitted according to the level of crime. Hardcore security for dangerous and a fenced camp like setting although inconvenient for people who lie in court. There must be a stigma attached to being a liar!
How about an "I'm a convicted liar" tattooed on their face?
They already have in many places. I was in a court recently where the swear in was "...nothing but the truth so help you?" Just that. "So help you what?" I wanted to scream. God has already been excised from our institutions. Educational and judicial.
Makes me absolutely furious.
