The fake news was ranting that while the President is saying the war is always over, he's also threatening to escalate. They are saying he is contradicting himself and doesn't know what he's doing.

Yes, you dumb fucking cunt. That's how you end a war quickly. You escalate it to the point that they surrender. But not attacking our country goes against your narrative.
