This General Chat area started off as a place for people to talk about things that are off topic, however it has quickly evolved into a community and has become an integral part of the GAW experience for many of us.
Based on its evolving needs and plenty of user feedback, we are trying to bring some order and institute some rules. Please make sure you read these rules and participate in the spirit of this community.

Things that are clearly on-topic for this board should be posted as a separate post and not here (except if you are new and still getting the feel of this place)

Agreed to this. It's actually gotten to the point I rarely go into more detail when people bring up these things. I mostly just observe, and talk about Faith.
And to the OP, take into consideration how we're still getting public reveals and situations for digs that expose new information even for most anons. Iran, for instance, has opened my eyes about the state of international military operations and banking, while cementing the ideas of proxy states and DS controls. We're, almost daily, exposed to information about how the courts and constitution work that I'd personally never known, etc etc.
There's definitely layers to this and I suspect we're maybe only close to halfway through the onion.
We've all still a ways to go.
