China recently gave Iran their latest anti-aircraft defense system. Perhaps the Iranian leadership is turning over their latest Chinese military gear so the U.S. can study them.

It could also be a guarantee that every ship entering an Iranian port from here on will carry U.S. Government insurance only and fly the U.S. flag.
