A simple rule of thumb I use, always believe the opposite of what Larry says.

By “receiving Turkish funds”, does that mean that somehow they have routed this money to these people, without their knowledge, in order to smear them? Who controls the banks again?

Is this the new “we found 12Tb of dodgy videos” on his 25 year old Windows XP laptop thing?
