Except in NE PA! We keep getting more and more applications from all the "permanent residents" from the Dominican Republic than before. They literally get off the plane in NY and the following week are in the Hazleton, PA office applying for everything. They drag as many "children" along with them as they can to ensure that they get food stamps immediately! If they get rejected, they apply the following day again, saying that there is no baby daddy in the house and they have no money, yet they are allegedly paying $1800 a month in rent alone.
