This doesn't move the needle as far as Florida politics are concerned.

The legislature is deep red so will be the next Governor, Byron Donalds.

No, but it does setup a narrative for the SAVE act, or the EOs Trump plans to sign if SAVE doesn't get passed. "Drumpf wants to steal the midterms because his home district flipped blue!"

Wouldn't surprise me if that's why this special election was targeted to begin with.
