When I open X to play it, I get a 3...2...1 countdown. I don't see it as 4 seconds.

The flag looks like a familiar photo. I'm thinking 9/11, but I couldn't find an exact match. It looks a lot like this one but maybe from a different angle. https://share.google/images/2dJPfw7reGVVS6fBK

The sound is a T if it's Morse code (a single 'dah'), but no T in kill boxes. Might be the sound at the beginning of an EBS message.
