And people used to think Pres Carter was a nice guy but not a great president. I thought he was liberal scum. The DOE proves he was scum.
Carter was chosen over Ford to take heat off the JFK assassination and Ford's role on the Warren Commission along with the Vietnam War and Nixon. They threw the country into a deep recession, created the gas crisis and the Iranian revolution. Nobody was talking about Vietnam and JFK after that..
