Come on, man. Don't you know the aluminum skin on the spacecraft keeps harmful radiation out of the craft. Plus the radiation belt is pure speculation since numerous people have passed through it without illness.
On a side note I wonder how they are able to heat and cool the spacecraft with batteries. I'm sure it needs a lot of juice to keep the craft cool since outer space has nothing to stop the sun's radiance from hitting the craft. I think in outer space the temp is somewhere over 200* when facing the sun. How big are the batteries that run the air conditioner? And is there solar panels that recharge the batteries? Space travel just might be fake and gay.
